Properly sealing your concrete will prevent the penetration of liquids such as oils, fertilizer rust, irrigation rust, battery acid, spilled drinks, chemicals and other liquids (giving ample time for cleanup), as well as preventing mold buildup. This is a great question, and one we feel isn’t asked enough. Each type of exterior paver surface needs maintained and protected in its own unique way and for its own unique reasons. Too often, we see companies apply a one-size-fits all technique to paver surfaces.

For our process which includes a Deep Cleaning of the pavers, cleaning out the joints, installing clean, kiln dried, joint sand with ASTM-C144 gradation back in to the joints for stabilization and sealing with a premium proprietary sealer we specifically developed for Florida’s Sub Tropical climate that won’t have to be stripped when you’re ready to recoat. We do the necessary surface restoration, stain removal and repair work needed to give you a finished product you’re proud to pay for and look at everyday.
You can expect to pay:
– Average size driveway: $750-1,500 (if there are excessive repairs or if there is existing sealer that needs to be removed the range will increase)– Large Driveway: The range of large a driveway can be anywhere from $1,500 – $5,000+. It just depends on how large the driveway is. We consider large driveways anywhere from 1,400 sq ft+. Keep in mind, the more square feet we’re doing, the cheaper the price for the driveway will be per sq ft.
– Average Patio or Pool Deck: $750 – $1,500 (if there are excessive repairs, or if there is existing sealer that needs to be removed the range will increase)
